Listen to Styx on iHeartRadio | Listen to Foreigner on iHeartRadio | Listen to Don Felder on iHeartRadio

Styx and Foreigner are hitting the road with a former Eagle.

The rock bands are joining forces with singer-songwriter Don Felder for "The Soundtrack of Summer" tour.  The three-month trek includes 34 shows across the U.S., starting with a performance at Zoo Amphitheater in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on May 16th. Felder will open each show, while Styx and Foreigner will alternate as the closer.

Styx guitarist James "JY" Young says he's excited about the trek.  He says they'll be bringing an extensive collection of classic rock hits to the stage to create a "slammin' soundtrack of a rockin' hot summer," which will be a nice change "after this crazy cold winter."

Ticket sales for select cities begin this Friday.  More details are available at
