Learn how to make a face mask and donate to Olmsted Medical Center.

Olmsted Medical Center had asked volunteers to make fabric masks and the response has been amazing. People in the community helping include OMC Caring Partner Volunteers, OMC employees, quilter guilds, church and school groups, and family and friends of these groups.

If you would like to help make masks, OMC is using the pattern from Deaconess Hospital in Indiana. However, other patterns can be used. They ask that the fabric is 100% cotton or hospital sterilization wrap (blue/green). They also ask that the masks are 9" x 6" with 7" elastic bands. Finished masks can be dropped off at the Welcome Desk at the main entrance of OMC's Hospital.
