This is an eating contest I can support 100%. The World Taco Eating Championship is being held right here in Minnesota today. Mystic Lake Resort and Casino will award the champion tonight at 7:30pm. The Mystic Lake website asks: "Do you have what it takes to stare down tray upon tray of delicious tacos over eight minutes of sanctioned competition?" For the amount of money you could win I think the answer might be YES!. Total Prize Purse is $4,000! First place gets $2,000, Second Place gets $1,000 Third place gets $600, Fourth Place gets - $300 and 5th place gets $100. And no that is not in pesos.
