I don't think the phrase is "What happens on the plane stays on the plane." A Stewartville Man and a Spring Valley Woman are being accused of a "Lewd" act on a Flight to MSP from Las Vegas. Teresa M. Kohn, 43, of Spring Valley, and Tyler V. Boehm, 41, of Stewartville were arrested at the MSP airport when their plane arrived from Las Vegas on Jan. 21st according to the Star Tribune.
On Wednesday, they were issued a summons to appear in court in March on a misdemeanor charge of engaging in gross lewdness or lascivious behavior.
Police said the behavior involved her head under a blanket that was over his lap.
