An employee of Pine Island Schools, Beau Twaddle, has been charged with with 4 DWI-related offenses just under 2 hours after he dropped off 58 kids on April 10th according to court documents. Bring me the News reports that Minnesota's legal limit for commercial vehicles is 0.04 but has a zero tolerance policy for school bus drivers and do not allow them to have any alcohol in their system.
