The dead 2 headed deer was found just outside of Freeburg Minnesota back in 2016. According to the City Pages: "Conjoined twins are extremely rare in the wild with only 19 scientifically confirmed cases dating back to 1671. The fawns each had their own necks and heads, although many of their organs were shared; their lungs never breathed air."
