A Wisconsin man was stopped on Wednesday by the Bloomer Police Department. Officers discovered that 50-year-old Jack Rasmussen had an outstanding warrant for his arrest but refused to co-operate. Instead, Rasmussen drove to a McDonald's and ordered lunch. He told the officer that he was "not going to be put in handcuffs he ate his McDonald's" . The man was arrested on the spot and he is NOT loving It!
