Next Thursday We Could See A Significant Snow Storm in SE MInnesota

Okay let's get one thing straight. WE ARE NOT DONE WITH SNOW IN MINNESOTA. Whew! That feels better, I think we all need to remind ourselves that just because we had a brutal winter does not mean we get a pass in spring. Well one meteorologist just tipped everyone off to the potential for a big snow storm next Thursday.

Yeah that's a week away and everyone is saying that it is not accurate that far out. WEEEELLLLLLLLLL not so fast. Do you remember what happened April 13-16, 2018! There was a Thunder Blizzard. A late-season winter storm that produced everything from thunderstorm wind damage to prolonged blizzard and whiteout conditions and dropped more that 18" pf snow in some spots of the twin cities.

This was the forecast for the Rochester area a year ago.

So should we take this tweet seriously? Yeah we probably should keep an eye on it. Should we panic and start to horde rations? Probably not. I mean after all look where we were at a year ago April 30th.
