Memorial Day is traditionally to show our respect to the men and women in the armed forces that have sacrificed so much for our freedom but this Memorial Day will go down in the record books as one of the strangest. A string of tornadoes made everyone weather aware and the amount of rain we had was not helping things. We got over 3.5" of rain at our house which we did not need. Then yesterday afternoon the Olmsted County Sheriff's office issued a warning to folks in SW Rochester of a Buffalo on the loose. The animal was last seen 40th street and Bamber Valley Road.
Of course the comments are the best part of the post.
As of this morning the Olmsted County Sheriff's office is still looking for the Buffalo. They ask that if you see it DO NOT approach it but call local law enforcement at 507-328-6800 and for all that is holy DO NOT try and get a selfie with it.
