I'm seeing this more and more lately. You're standing in line at Kwik Trip (I mention KT because that's where I do the majority of my shopping) while you're waiting to pay for your stuff behind a couple other people, someone walks right in the door and jumps in front of the first open register.
It's maddening to me. It shouldn't be a big deal. I mean, it's only an extra 30-40 seconds I have to stand there but it's the principle of the whole thing. There's a reason there's a sign where the line starts. It's painfully obvious exactly WHERE you're supposed to be when you want to check out. Sure, there may be people that do not frequent a KT as much as I do and they're not "familiar" with the "rules of Kwik Trip etiquette" but it's common sense. If you see the line forming, you get to the back of the line. Be fair and nice to others. Your life is no more important than anyone else's.
I haven't called anyone out yet but it's starting to happen more often and it's frustrating.
